
【About the journal】
The journal adopts an eclectic approach, drawing on all ideas, sources and systems pertinent to the study of employee relations which are of interest to academics and practitioners. Journal issues will weigh articles in favour of topics such as employee involvement, collective bargaining, communications methods, employer representative bodies, trade unions, European and international dimensions, reward systems, and labour and employment legislation, but will not rule out other HR topics. The journal's special issues will give attention to new and emerging trends in employee relations. The journal aims to close the gap between academic research and practitioner awareness, and use, of this research.
The journal also seeks to publish in each issue a paper by a young researcher ie. an author who has recently completed their PhD or is the porcess of completing their PhD. Please contact the Editor for further details.
