【About the journal】
This well-established international journal sets out to advance the available knowledge in total quality management and the enabling process of continuous quality improvement. It aims at contributing to the development of quality and reliability management systems and strategies relating to improving performance reliability and safety through the application of the concept of total quality management. The journal also addresses itself to the European dimension with regard to assisting harmonization and integration of safety standards and practices.
